Shipping & Returns


Usually it will take 2-7 days.

If necessary we can deliver the parcel to a business address but please advise at time of order. We can deliver anywhere in the world, when making an order simply select the country state/province that you are in. We can advise you of the shipping costs if your country is not listed. Once your order has been invoiced, it will be packed ready for shipment and you will be sent an e-mail from one of our sales staff confirming the order has been shipped and the consignment number for you to track the progress of  your chosen couriers on-line tracking site,


We offer TWO methods for shipping your orders from

Gdex Express Courier RM12 (not more than 3kg) within West Malaysia. — 3 to 4 business days Includes 1 day for processing and 2 to 3 days for transit.

Big and Heavy item delivery by Truck within West Malaysia. — 3 business days Includes 1 day for processing and 2 days for transit.

  Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

We ship items to World Wide without extra shipping cost or customs duties. Attn : Cross-Border payment may be declined by your bank , please verify with your Bank to allow to process your transaction or remove the restrictions from your card and re-order it.



 When you want to return a product , you need to take care of proper packaging of these products. If products arrive to us in inadequate packaging, the return will not be accepted

We think that you will be delighted with your order from , however if for any reason you would like to return an item within 2 working days of receiving the delivery, just follow this simple process:

1. Put in writing your reason for returning the goods to us and state whether you would like a refund or a credit note.

2. Send the item(s) back to use original packaging. With a copy of the original email invoice you received.

3. Please use the Courier Service when returning the package and obtain adequate insurance for safe return of the item(s).

4. Always obtain proof of postage when returning the item(s).  

Product(s) must be returned with the original packaging intact. Stevo Formula Motor will not be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get proof of posting from the Post Office or your chosen carriage service. Customers who have purchased products that are classed as special order may not be entitled to a refund.  If an item has been returned for any reason other than a product fault or a mistake we have made, you will be refunded the cost of the goods less a re-stocking charge (up to a maximum of 25% of the product rrp) but not the original postal charge or the postal charge for returning the product to us.  This does not apply to items that are classed as special order . Your statutory rights are not affected. Items purchased at the web shop can be returned to us via STEVO FORMULA MOTOR .



If you wish to cancel your order,please contact our customer service as quickly as possible by Email.

No reason is needed for cancelling an order and it can be cancelled at any time during the order has been placed of the website before goods dispatch .

Any cancelled orders will have funds returned to you via your method of payment within 10 days
